Asteros is the winner in the nomination "The Best Partner Solution 2010" in the International Partnership Competition of IT solutions for Microsoft
Asteros Group is declared a winner in Microsoft Country Partner of the Year in the International Partnership Competition of IT solutions for Microsoft 2010. The honorary award was given for the unique solution "Asteros Contact". This award was a confirmation of Asteros’ success in development of their own products based on Microsoft technology and application of innovative approaches to solving business tasks of large Russian companies.
Annual International Partnership Competition of IT solutions for Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference Awards is one of the key global events, where more than 3000 companies – Microsoft partners – are competing. This year a new unique nomination – Microsoft Country Partner of the Year - was introduced, with only one company in each of the 71 countries for leadership in introducing technologies Microsoft is awarded. Asteros is the first and the only Microsoft partner in Russia, which was recognized in this nomination. The company became the winner, outscoring other nominees in such criteria as innovation, its business criticality, the scale of vendor technology introduction and customer satisfaction.
Asteros became the leader in this category for the unique development of Asteros Contact solution on the platform of Microsoft Customer Care Framework (CCF), successfully implemented in MegaFon, all-Russian “big three” mobile operator. This project was the first application of Microsoft CCF in Russia and the largest implementation of the platform in the telecommunications industry in Europe.

Asteros Contact solution is designed to improve the performance of client services of telecommunications companies, financial institutions, retail businesses and other companies working with the consumers through contact centers. The solution’s key advantages are the minimum time needed to implement the solution and adapt it to individual business needs of customers at relatively low cost.
Today Asteros Contact is implemented in the contact centers of MegaFon’s five branches and supports the work of more than 2400 consultants and operators. According to the MegaFon evaluation, use of Asteros Contact improved the quality of customer service and efficiency of contact center consultants, accelerated the process of new operators training. The system’s rollout showed improvement in all key performance indicators of the contact center: availability of communication channels, the average time of calls processing, answer holding, post calls processing, etc. Furthermore, the implementation of a system provided cost savings to the customer, since the usage of "Asteros Contact" significantly reduces operators training time.
